We breathe consciously accompanied by a “playlist” (a series of 6-8 song tracks) via a silent headphone system. This technical support can create an in-depth sound and listening experience. Belly Breath, Full Body Breath and Breathholds are practiced, mostly by rhythmic, circular breathing. The program is in the project phase and is therefore currently offered free of charge.

Texts about notary’s office and life from the book “I think, hey, am I crazy?” that were published in January 2023 will be presented. The first reading will take place on February 16, 2023 at 7 p.m.

The breathing exercises can be carried out on conventional office or conference chairs, so that companies outside of the healthcare sector, e.g. Incentives or regular events have the opportunity to reward and motivate their employees in a holistic way. Identification and loyalty to the company are strengthened. The offer includes breathing exercise units as individual as well as group sessions. Both the duration (15 minutes (taster) – 1.5 hours) and format (breathing technique, with or without musical accompaniment) can be individually designed.

Events on the “Move’n Breathe” and “BreathDance” programs also take place in individual and group formats. Both programs include the teaching of techniques and support in the effects of meditation, mindfulness and strengthening of the mind (e.g. autosuggestion, practical application of the hermetic laws).
Move’n Breathe includes a musically choreographed series of body workouts from the fitness area (e.g. squats, lunges), yoga (e.g. cobra, warrior) and shakti dance (yoga of dance with flowing upper body movements) using a conscious breathing technique.
BreathDance is a program that is also partly choreographed to the rhythm of breathing, which is performed in a sitting position either still or with dynamic upper body movements.
The Rock’n Rest program (group format only) connects body and mind, lasts between 50 and 90 minutes and is practiced via the Silent Headphone System. It is currently offered free of charge on Tuesdays from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.
