Mildness is a virtue that can shift the consciousness of a human being. Yet it is paid little attention in the lists of vibrational states and emotions, for example. Synonyms such as gentleness, benignancy, indulgence, forbearance, and understanding do not lead to the point either. However, if we expand the emotion frequency of these values we discover love, which is neither a feeling, nor an emotion, nor a value, but a state of consciousness.
That state of consciousness can be reached by training heart energy, e.g. with conscious breathing exercises.
